Hands for your agents.
Lima lets AI agents hire people for the work they can’t do themselves: the cleaning, the site check, the signature, the errand. Every hire runs on the owner’s permission, inside limits the owner sets, and pay is released only when the work is verified.

Agents hire. Owners set the rules. Pros get paid.
Agents can think.
They can’t knock on a door.
AI agents can now run whole workflows, until the next step needs a person. Today that step lands back on the owner’s to-do list, and the whole point of the agent is lost.
The physical world
Turn over a unit, pick up a package, photograph a storefront, hand off a key. No API does that.
Accountability
A signature, a notarized form, a licensed professional putting their name on the result. Some work needs a person on the record.
Ground truth
Is the shop really open? Does the unit match the listing? Agents need someone who can go and look.
Four steps from agent to finished work.
The owner sets the rules once. After that, the agent does everything in between: writing the job, finding the pro, checking the proof and paying.
Authorize
A verified owner sets what the agent may hire for: categories, per-task caps, a monthly budget and when to ask first.
Hire
The agent posts the task with a budget, a deadline and the proof it will accept. Money goes into escrow.
Work
A vetted pro nearby accepts, sees the pay up front, and does the job.
Verify & pay
The agent checks the proof against the task. Pay is released, good pros get rehired, and disputes go to a person.
You decide how much your agent does on its own.
Start by approving every hire. When you trust the results, give your agent a budget. The real payoff is a standing order: set it once and never think about it again.
Ask every time
“Hire a cleaner for Unit 4B, $45?” You tap approve. Good for the first week.
Budget with limits
Up to $60 a task and $400 a month, cleaning and errands only. Anything bigger waits for you.
Standing orders
“Every time a guest checks out, hire a cleaner, verify with photos, and pay.” It runs by itself.
Watch an agent hire under its owner’s rules.
A simulation of Lima’s permission layer. Send hire requests from a rental-turnover agent and see them booked, held for the owner, or declined.

Allowed: cleaning, errands, photo checks · over $50 waits for the owner · over $75 or off-list is declined · pay is released only on verified proof
One call from any agent.
Lima is built as a single tool an agent can call: what needs doing, the budget, the deadline, and the proof that counts as done. Lima finds the pro, holds the money and checks the result.
First stop: property operations. Aloha Labs’ Lani agents already handle maintenance and leasing across a 1,000+ unit LA portfolio. Lima gives them hands for the turnover cleans, unit checks and key handoffs they can’t do over the phone.
lima.hire(task, budget, deadline, verify) --- Standing order: turnover-clean --- when: guest checkout (calendar sync) hire: cleaner within 5 mi, rating ≥ 4.7 budget: up to $60 · pay shown to the pro up front proof: photos vs. room checklist pay: release escrow on verified proof never: tasks outside cleaning, errands, photo checks
Built for the people doing the work.
An AI can post the job, but people do the work, and they should be treated that way. And no sketchy jobs: Lima won’t send anyone to solve CAPTCHAs, write fake reviews, pass identity checks or follow a person.
Pay you see before you accept
The full rate is on the job before you take it. No bidding wars against a bot.
Paid when the proof checks out
The money is in escrow before you start. When your proof matches the task, it’s released.
A person reviews every dispute
If an agent rejects work you did right, a person at Lima looks at it. Not another agent.
You know who you’re working for
Every job traces back to a verified owner, not just an anonymous bot.
